About Myself When I Was a Child
When I was a baby, I could not do anything. I was the
first child. My parents took care of me. I slept with my mum and my dad in
their bedroom. My mum breastfed me for two years. I always cried, but my mum
and my dad always calmed me down. When I got older, my mum spoonfed me. That
time, I could not walk. My father helped me to walk. I was also very naughty.
But, my mum and my dad were very patient with me.
I started my kindergarten when I was
four years old. I did my kindergarten for three years, one year in Kindy A and
two years in Kindy B. My kindy was near with my home. I always walked to my
kindy with my mum. In the classroom, I had many friends. We and our teacher
sang the happy songs. We drew and coloured the pictures. We also made many
shapes with colourful paper. In the playground, we played together.
When I was seven years old, I started
my primary school and finished when I was twelve years old. So, I studied in
primary school for six years. My school was 1 kilometers from my home. I went
to my school with my new bicycle. My dad gave it for me.
In grade 1, I learned many new
things. I learned to write and to read the alphabets. I also learned to count
the numerals from one until twenty. When I was in grade 6, I was a captain in
my class. In grade 6, I also studied a lot of subject. Mathematic was my
favourite subject, because Mr. Ari explained it clearly. He taugh me with
patient until I could.
Now, here I am in SMP. Last year,
when I was thirteen years old, I was in grade VII, and now I am in grade VIII.
This SMP is 6 kilometers from my home. When I was in grade VII, it was my first
time to go to school with my dad on his motorcycle. I was very happy when I had
many new friends from different parts of the town. I was also happy because I
could wear my new uniform.
In grade VII, I studied in VII A
class. I learned a lot of subject are the same as when I was in primary school.
In English lesson, I introduce myself in English. Mrs. Nisma taught me about
expression of greeting, gratitude, apologize, and leave taking. In Friday, I
practised to scout in the class or in the field.
Now, I am in grade VIII, I learn in
VIII A class. The first time in VIII A class, I got many friends again. But,
they were different from friends in grade VII. So, I had to introduce myself to
them. They also had to introduce themselves to me. Now, Mr. Zamzani is my
English teacher. He teaches me very loudly and clearly. So, I clear and know
what he means. Now, I don’t practise to scout. This time, I only have a little
time. I have to study everyday.
